DJContractTemplate.com and Solocube Solutions Inc. are not a law firm and do not provide legal services. Using the generator, reading the Site, downloading a document or purchasing the Professional upgrade does not create a lawyer-client relationship or any other professional advisory relationship.
If you need advice about your legal rights, contract enforceability, local requirements, taxes, employment issues, consumer rules, licensing or a specific dispute, consult a qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction.
3. No Guarantee of Enforceability or Completeness
We do not guarantee that a generated DJ agreement is complete, legally sufficient or enforceable in every jurisdiction or circumstance. Laws and industry practices differ, and the correct terms for one wedding, corporate event, venue or mobile DJ booking may not be appropriate for another.
4. Your Inputs Matter
The generator builds a document from the information and options you provide. Incorrect dates, names, prices, deposit terms, cancellation rules, venue information or other inputs can produce an incorrect or incomplete agreement. You are responsible for reviewing the finished document before using or signing it.
5. Professional Upgrade Does Not Change Legal Validity
The Professional upgrade adds features such as editable Word files, cleaner formatting, optional logo branding and an unbranded Professional PDF. Purchasing the Professional upgrade does not make a document more legally valid, more enforceable or a substitute for legal review.
6. Jurisdiction and Signature Requirements
Contract formation, electronic signatures, cancellation rights, deposits, taxes, consumer protections and other requirements can vary by location. The Service does not independently verify the identity, authority or legal capacity of the people who sign a generated agreement.
7. Business and Financial Decisions
Examples, suggested clauses, pricing fields and business terms on the Site are not financial, tax, insurance or accounting advice. You are responsible for setting your own fees, tax treatment, refund practices, insurance coverage and business policies.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may use or link to third-party services such as Stripe, email providers, hosting services or external resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy or practices of third-party services.
